I am an EMR Application Specialst within the Mayo Health System and currently the hospital that I am working for is in the process of updating our job description due to the fact that we are doing a lot more than what our current job description lists. I am trying to help out with the process of developing a better job description my position but I am having a little trouble.

What I am wondering is if people would be willing to share the title and job responsibilities as well as hourly wage/yearly salary with me. I know that asking how much money people make is considered a big "NO NO," but I am really just trying to get a feel for what we need to do in order to be compensated for the work that we do.

Jobs that I have seen that are similar to what we do here are "Systems Application Analyst" "Electronic Health Records Analyst" "Technical Support Analyst" and so on. If your current position matches the above listed, or is close to matching, could please at list your job title and job responsibilities? That would help tremendously!
