ICLOPS currently has a valuable opportunity for a tech savvy, strategic-thinking sales executive with an unstoppable vitality and dedication for facilitating change, implementing growth and maintaining leadership within our organization and our industry.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Sales will be responsible for the overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales activities for ICLOPS, including initiating new business with Physician organizations and inspiring organizations to understand and appreciate how they can collectively change their destiny with the use of ICLOPS technology by providing value to their organization as well to individual physicians.

You will be joining a team of thought leaders brought together to be collaborative, and who are determined and feisty.  A high energy person will thrive at ICLOPS by making a difference in our dynamic, growing company where a unique blend of clinical expertise combined with advanced database technologies gives ICLOPS the ability to transform raw data into the power to measure clinical excellence for organizations of all sizes representing thousands of physicians across the United States.

The ideal candidate must be a seasoned sales leader in the health care industry with 10+ years of professional work experience in sales, sales management and senior sales management coupled with deep domain knowledge in custom medical software sales.  We seek a consultative sales professional who is able to identify client requirements and demonstrate why ICLOPS is the leading facilitator of choice.   You must be collaborative, accountable, creative, organized, and persistent with a strong work ethic, persuasive writing and presentation skills and effective leadership abilities.  BA, BS in Business, Sales and/or Marketing required. MBA preferred but not required.

Requirements:
  • Given the nature of our work, it is important that you have the leadership skills to influence others and infuse them with a passion for change.
  • Consultative sales experience selling solutions/services in the healthcare areana to C-level executives within large organizations.
  • We are looking for someone with exceptional strategic selling skills including discovery, ROI development/presentation, sales cycle maintenance, tactical planning/closing.
  • Key team contributor who operates successfully at both enterprise and business unit levels.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to manage all aspects of client selling: prospecting, consultatively building strategic proposals, relationship management and closing.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.  Must be comfortable and productive working in a home-office environment when necessary.  (At least 25-30% travel. 3-4 trips per month. Fly in fly out or at most 2 days.)
